About Our Ranch
Welcome to our ranch! We are a 3rd generation ranch with Vernon Strommen starting us out with the Earl Marshall cow in 1942. Other key acquisitions are the Blackbird cow from Loma Lanes In Canada. With the help of Verlyn Strommen, Vernon's son, he acquired a vast majority of Brandon Harrison's herd the Rockin Horse Cowherd. Now with Verlyns Daughter Elizabeth helping out, we are looking forward to the continuation of our family ranch
2020 Private Bull Treaty Sale
2020 Marks the 78th year raising Registered Angus. Our bulls are grown out on grass- not fattened. They go out, cover cows and stay sound. They are also wintered on free choice grass, alfalfa hay and limited ration of CHI Bull Challenger.
